The condition of tack shows different % on the screen. If u smack it with the tack tool it says the saddle has a condition of 99.96 but if i check it by right clicking my horse and then go to 'tack' it says 54.48047.....%. Also when u remove tack from ur horse it stays on the screen where u can click to remove it and not the whole list of tack ur horse is wearing, you'd have to press esc and then right click ur horse again and go to tack.
